Supplies:
  • Candy Hearts
  • 3 clear cups
  • Water (1/2 cup each-hot, warm, and cold)

Directions: 
Make a prediction as to which temperature of water will dissolve a candy heart the fastest. Place a candy heart into each cup of water. Observe and discuss the changes you see. Check back often to see which heart dissolves first.
