Directions:

Put oats in a blender or food processor and pulse until it becomes powdery. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together oat powder, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll balls into coconut. Chill for 30 minutes and eat. Refrigerate leftovers.
*Highly recommend double or tripling the recipe as the kiddos will love these! |
