Directions:
Cut out a circle and snow globe base from the construction paper. Glue base to bottom of circle (some of our children did not want them). Dip Q-tips into paint and dab onto circle to create a snowman or other wintery snow globe scene. Glitter can be sprinkled onto wet paint or onto dots of glue or glue can be mixed into paint.
