Each week I'll give you 2 to 3 (sometimes more!) activities, books, crafts, or songs that you can do with each letter! This week is the letter L! Items that could go in a L Mystery box! lace ladle ladybug lamb leaf leash lemon lettuce lime lion lock Laced L's Materials Needed: L's cut from card stock (or thick paper) Hole puncher Yarn Directions: Pass out L's to each child (or have a helper pass them out for you) Allow the children to punch holes with the hole puncher around the edges of their L's (you can do this prior to the activity if you would like) Allow the children to lace their yarn through the holes Five Little Ladybugs Five little ladybugs sitting in a tree, The first one said, "I'm glad I'm me." The second one said, "I feel great too." The third one said, "How about you?" The fourth one said, "It's time to fly away." The fifth one said, "We'll talk another day." I'm a Lion
I'm a lion, I'm a lion, Hear me roar, hear me roar. I love to sleep out in the sun, And chase other animals just for fun, In all the jungle I'm Number One. I'm a lion.
