Each week I'll give you 2 to 3 (sometimes more!) activities, books, crafts, or songs that you can do with each letter! This week is the letter J! Items that could go in a J Mystery box! jacket jack-o-lantern jam jar jellybeans juice jump rope Jellyfish in a Jar Materials Needed: Small clear plastic bag Water bottle Water Blue food coloring Scissors String Hot glue gun Directions: Cut the plastic bag into a square Create a little pouch in the middle of the square and tie it with the string like a balloon to make a "head" Cut the remaining plastic around the tied string into strips to make tentacles Fill the bottle with water and add some food coloring Pour a little bit of water in the "head" and push the jellyfish into the bottle Secure the cap with hot glue Allow the children to explore the jellyfish More Fun J Ideas:
